About HIW

High Impact Wrestling like many other legacies started with a dream. A dream that has become both a reality, and a pillar of family entertainment for fans in Texas City, and now for 7 other cities in Texas. High Impact Wrestling is under the company name Triumvirate promotions which is named after three brothers, Bruce and Jason Wimberly, and brother Michael Alexander. The company has been a success being that these brothers, work together ,and all are very talented in their own fields. Michael, the oldest brother is the guy in production, while Jason is the veteran of seven years who coordinates the matches along with the booker. and finally there's Bruce the principle owner, who is the business man who gets company moving financially while being the authority head figure in HIW. Bruce purchased a ailing Texas Nu-Age Wrestling and changed the name, enhanced talent and production. So, on August 11, 2001 the dream became a reality, when HIW was introduced to Texas City, and the dream is still alive today and growing.

The main goal of HIW is to run family friendly, quality, and action packed shows that are equally affordable and entertaining. In July 2004, Bruce opened The Boiler Room Wrestling Institute and office headquarters where it all began for HIW Texas City Texas.
